Quality and Control
The materials required for research are obtained from organizations that comply with ISO standards. Additionally,
internal laboratory standards have been developed.
Strict safety protocols are adhered to in the laboratory, and both internal and external controls are implemented for the analyses conducted at the center.
The internal and external quality control procedures of the diagnostic center are based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 15189:2012/2015 (Sections 5.6.2 and 5.6.3), which define the requirements for valid results. The center continuously carries out validation and verification procedures for its research.
The purpose of internal quality control checks is to assess the performance of the analytical system. An effective internal quality system ensures precise management of processes and subsequent improvements. External control verifies the use of control materials provided by different manufacturers, which meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17043.
