Place the fecal sample in a container and deliver it to the laboratory within 1-2 hours after defecation.

Where can I buy the container for the analysis?

You can purchase it at any pharmacy.

What transport options are available to reach you?

Will my insurance company cover the cost of the analyses performed at your center?

Answer: If the insurance company is our provider, you will pay only a certain percentage of the cost. Otherwise, you will pay the full amount to us and submit the appropriate receipts to your insurance company.

Should I be fasting or not before taking the analysis?

: If you are taking a bacteriological test for the oral cavity or throat, you should be fasting for at least 1-1.5 hours.

Will you send the results by email?

Yes, but in that case, you will not be able to receive an explanation from our consulting doctor (for which you do not pay a fee).

Can I submit a sample from the previous day?

No, that is not allowed.

If I pay double, will I get the results of the bacteriological examination tomorrow?

It is impossible to receive the results of a bacteriological analysis the next day.
